Warranty Policy

Most products sold at Monkey Music Store are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty, as provided by the respective brand.

The warranty period, terms, and service coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer and the specific product. Products found to have manufacturing defects within the valid warranty period will be repaired free of cost at the authorized service centres of the respective brand, in accordance with the brand’s warranty guidelines.

To avail warranty service, customers must present:

  • The original purchase invoice, and
  • The original warranty card (if provided by the manufacturer)

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid within India only.

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accessories such as USB cables, power adapters, connectors, and similar consumables
  • Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries
  • Routine maintenance, instrument setups, tuning adjustments, or periodic servicing
  • Damage to finishes, cracks, splitting, or warping of wood caused by:
    • Changes in temperature or humidity
    • Exposure to sunlight, fire, or moisture
    • Body salts or perspiration acids
    • Contact with guitar straps, stands, hangers, vinyl, plastic, rubber, or other synthetic materials
    • Use of non-approved chemicals or polishes
  • Damage resulting from customization or modification from factory specifications
  • Cleaning or servicing of electronic controls due to dust, dirt, or environmental contamination
  • Damage caused by battery leakage
  • Normal wear and tear of any component including:
    • Pickguards
    • Plated surfaces
    • Zippers, clasps, handles
    • Case or gig bag hardware
  • Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers
  • Instruments that have been serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel
