What happens if a product I order is not available?

All orders are subject to inventory availability verification. Occasionally, a product listed on our website may become temporarily out of stock before the inventory status is updated.

If this happens:

  • Our customer support team will contact you immediately.
  • You will have the option to:
    • Wait for the product to be restocked, or
    • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If your order includes multiple items, you may also choose to have the available products shipped first, while the out-of-stock item is shipped separately once it becomes available.

Monkey Music Store reserves the right to process partial shipments when necessary.

If a product remains unavailable for more than 10 business days, a full refund will automatically be issued to the customer.


How long does it take to ship my order?

Dispatch Time

Once an order is placed and the product is available in stock, the dispatch process typically takes 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Bangalore.

Order Placed → Stock Availability Check → Physical Stock Verification → Product Testing → Secure Packaging → Order Shipped

Musical instruments and professional audio equipment are fragile and sensitive products. Each item is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to minimize the chances of damage during transit.

While this process may take slightly longer than standard e-commerce dispatch times, it helps us maintain extremely low transit damage rates across India.

Your instrument reaching you safely and in perfect condition is our top priority.


How will my order be shipped?

Nationwide shipping is an important part of our service. We have partnered with trusted courier and logistics providers to deliver products safely across India.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.


Is my instrument safe during shipping?

Yes. We take extra precautions when packing musical instruments to ensure they arrive safely.

Our packing process includes:

  • Multiple layers of protective packaging
  • Shock-absorbing materials
  • Double-boxing for fragile instruments

Because more than 90% of our orders are shipped outside Bangalore, we have extensive experience packaging delicate instruments.

Typical packing times include:

  • 30–45 minutes to securely pack a guitar
  • 1–1.5 hours to safely pack a drum kit

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged during shipping, you may request either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, once the product is returned and verified.

What should I do if my payment was debited but my order was not confirmed?

If your payment was successfully debited but the order did not go through, please do not worry.

In most cases:

  • The payment will automatically be refunded by the bank or payment gateway, or
  • Our team can manually create the order for you.

Please contact our support team and share your payment receipt or transaction ID, and we will assist you promptly.


Which cities does Monkey Music Store ship to?

We ship across India, covering:

  • All states
  • Major cities
  • Most towns and serviceable locations

Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage in your area.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for select products and locations.

However, for high-value instruments or bulky items, prepaid orders may be required to ensure secure processing and delivery.


Do the instruments come with a warranty?

Most products sold by Monkey Music Store come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real time.


Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, store pickup may be available for customers located in Bangalore, subject to prior confirmation.

Please contact our support team to arrange pickup from the store.


Are the product images on the website accurate?

We strive to ensure that all product images accurately represent the instruments.

However, minor differences may occur due to:

  • Natural variations in wood grain and finishes
